To all NSPT Clients, Athletes, Sports Enthusiasts and Parents, 
 
North Shore Performance Training will be holding a Nutrition Presentation on Wedensday, February 1st, at 7:30 pm. All athletes, parents and those interested in fitness, specific sports performance training and healthy eating are welcome to attend!
 
Jules Hindman is a nationally recognized certified sports nutritionist working with athletes of all levels, celebrities, coaches, sports teams and corporations. Jules is North Shore Performance Training's Nutrition Partner and works with many of our athlete clients as well as running The Biggest Winner weight loss program for our adult members.
 
Jules uses her vast experience, knowledge, and education of nutrition to advise high school, collegiate & professional athletes, as well as those in corporate settings and motivated adults, in proper nutrition to meet their varied goals. Jules is not about fad diets, but rather eating healthy and guiding individuals to make better nutritional choices!
 
Learn what to eat and when to eat to create a healthier, better you today! Eating clean and healthy will lead to better mood, increased energy, improved focus, better sleep patterns, sharpened memory and decreasing the chances of many diseases- including heart disease and depression.
