Commit to Be Fit- 12 Week Program: January 17th- April 11

NSPT and Nutrition by Jules would like to challenge all members and potential new clients to better themselves and improve their InBody Composition test scores in twelve weeks! All current NSPT clients (athlete and adult) and Dullea’s Boxing members are encouraged to participate. ALL NEW MEMBERS, regardless of your fitness level are welcome and encouraged to sign up as well! This is the North Shore’s healthiest weight loss and strengthening program! Learn to eat clean and exercise correctly while having fun!

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Participation is simple. Register to take InBody test with sports nutritionist Jules Hindman. You will have a twelve week program of North Shore Performance Training functional training group exercise classes in hopes of improving your test results. In addition to InBody measurements, Jules will also consult with each participant, once a month, to provide helpful nutrition tips and meal planning goals. Your commitment to training and nutrition will show in the results of your InBody test scores. A fueling guideline will be emailed to each paid participate in addition to weekly emails with facts, tips and recommendations.
All current members and new prospective clients are welcomed to join.

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
Your body composition test is the most important information you will need when it comes to healthy weight loss and muscular gains. With the InBody test, we will be able to analyze your results and help develop a plan that will bring you closer to your overall goals.

HOW DO YOU WIN?
Reduce your body fat as much as possible while building lean muscle mass within the 12-week period. The person with greatest % loss of their body fat % wins.

Dates & Times for InBody Test with Jules
Week 1- January 17th 
between 11am-8pm 
Week 4- February 13th (Tuesday)
between 11am-8pm 
Week 8- March 14th
between 11am-8pm
Week 12- April 11th Finale 
between 11am-8pm

The cost is $150 regardless of your current training membership
(Made payable to Nutrition by Jules LLC)

Prospective NSPT Athlete Clients:
$280 per month for an unlimited strength and conditioning membership plus a one-time fee of $150 for the 12-week contest which includes nutritional counseling 1x per month and nutritional emails.

Prospective NSPT Adult Clients:
$200 per month for an unlimited strength and conditioning membership plus a one-time fee of $150 for the 12-week contest which includes nutritional counseling 1x per month and nutritional emails.

Every new client’s first session will be a consultation, goal assessment and movement screening with a NSPT strength and conditioning coach.
