To Our Community: NEW Training Guidelines and Safety Protocols at NSPT

NSPT COVID-19 SAFETY AND HYGENE PROTOCOLS

 

For all of our local community members; athletes, adults and coaches, here is a list of our new training guidlines and safety protocols regarding Covid-19. We look forward to serving you in a safe, accomodating and effective training environment. Please reach out with any questions regarding our program, schedule, business model or safety protocols. *Please do not attend a training session if you feel ill or have any Covid-19 like symptoms and tell one of our coaches. Thank you*

 

1. All Staff Members and Clients must adhere to at least 6 feet of distance at all times. Training stations are 14 feet apart from one another.

 

2. Clients must register for a class. Attendance will be taken. No more than 12 clients per class.

 

3. All Staff Members will wear a face covering during classes. Clients-not required to cover face during drills-spaced 14 feet from one another. Arriving and departing a class-wear a covering. Please cover when not training (i.e.- walking to the bathroom/returning equipment).

 

4. All Staff Members and Clients must adhere to washing hands before and after class. Hospital grade anti-bacterial soap is provided.

 

5. Every Client will bring their own training mat or large towel to class.

 

6. Every Client will bring their own water to class. A big water bottle to get you through each class and on your ride home!

 

7. Every Client will warm-up and train in a designated space whether on the turf field or in the NSPT facility. Proper spacing in a marked station.

 

8. Every Client will disinfect their workout space, mat and all equipment used.

 

9. No shared equipment during class.

 

10. Class times will be spaced appropriately to allow for disinfecting time for clients and NSPT Staff. 30-minute turnover time until the next class. Please do not “hang out” at the facility following clean-up time. Punctual pick-up for Athletes not driving.

 

11. Staff Members will disinfect commonly used areas in-between classes (door knobs, turf, equipment, bathrooms, railings etc.).

 

12. There are 3 hand sanitizing stations located in the NSPT facility.
