ATTENTION ALL CURRENT NSPT PITCHERS in our Athlete Program and ALL Prospective Pitching Clients

 

North Shore Performance Training (NSPT) and New England Premier SportsPlex (NEPS) are proud to announce a new branch of specific training for overhand throwing athletes. NSPT-Pitching Lab, by James Baker, former Pro Pitcher, NSPT Founder & Performance Coach and National Pitching-East Certified Coach and Gardy O’Flynn, former Pro Pitcher, National Pitching East-Director and Founder of Pitching Fix & National QB, offers a dynamic and comprehensive program for baseball pitchers, position players and ALL overhand throwing athletes.

Information on our Fall and Winter Overhand Athlete Program

For Who: All baseball pitchers, position players, quarterbacks and overhand athletes looking to throw harder and healthier through a customized sport specific arm training, throwing and functional strength program.

When: The Program begins Tuesday, September 15th (rolling admission and can join any time after the 15th. Consultation/movement screen by appointment with each client. Classes will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 12 – 2 pm.

Schedule will switch to M, W, F, and Sat. beginning in December with a 3:30 - 5:30 option on M and W, as well.

Training Options: 2 Visits/Week Option OR 3 Visits/Week Option. 2, 5- and 7-month memberships (ask for pricing)

Where: North Shore Performance Training- located inside of New England Premier SportsPlex in Danvers, MA. During this program, we will utilize the newly built NSPT Pitching Lab, North Shore Performance Training’s Functional Training Facility and the large turf field at New England Premier SportsPlex.

Class Breakdown: What does each session look like?

  • 1 hour of pitcher specific mobility, dynamic stretching, mechanics & arm patterning, customized drills, throwing progressions and arm care
  • 1 hour of pitcher specific functional training: lower & upper body strength work, power development, core work, arm care and proper cool down. More Info: www.nsperformancetraining.com/pitchinglab
