UPDATE: NSPT Fall and Winter Schedule (beginning 9/14)

NSPT Clients,
We look forward to working with you this upcoming Fall and Winter with our updated schedule (beginning 9/14). There have been changes to our Athlete Group Training Classes during the "back to school" training hours, a noon class added to our Adult Group Training Schedule on certain days and the addition of the ALL NEW NSPT Pitching Lab Program- a Complete Pitching Development program for the area's top pitching talent. Please continue to sign-up on our E-Z Facility Schedule. This is MANDATORY for several reasons. PLEASE do it. The updated schedule has been added into our system.
The changes are listed below:
Athlete Group Training Schedule: Due to the growth of our business with returning clients and new members and also continuing to adhere to COVID-19 Safety Protocols/Guidelines/Proper Spacing, we will be holding THREE Athlete Group Training Classes in the afternoons (Monday-Thursday...and two on Fridays) and one class on Saturdays with the availability to add an additional class if necessary. Each class will be shifted to 1 hour and 10 minutes sessions to make room for these necessary changes. The programming will remain the same and efficient as always, as we continue to develop our athletes the right way and the safest way possible under our new norms. The class times are:
3-4:10 PM, 4:10-5:20 PM and 5:20-6:30 PM ( 5:20 class on Fridays) Saturdays-- 10-11:10 AM
Adult Group Training Schedule: Our Adult Group Training Program will remain the same as our current Summer Schedule with the exception of adding our 12 pm Lunch Break Class on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays!
AM SESSIONS-- 6:15-7:15 AM (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) & 9-10 AM (M-F)PM SESSIONS (M-TR: 6:30-7:30 PM & 12-1 PM (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)Saturdays: 9-10 AM
Pitching Lab Schedule: Calling ALL NSPT Baseball Pitchers! This dynamic pitching development program will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 PM and Saturdays from 12-2 PM. More classes will be offered beginning in December
PROGRAM INFO---The Pitching Lab Program includes: 1 hour of pitching specific mobility & dynamic warm-up exercises, arm strengthening work, patterning and mechanics drills for optimum health and power and a throwing program (dependent on the calendar year) AND 1 hour of functional training work-similar to NSPT Athlete workouts, but customized for overhand throwing athletes. These workouts include speed, agility, quickness, conditioning and lower & upper body strength and power. All workouts include core strengthening work-rotational and stability focused.
