North Shore Performance Training (NSPT) at New England Premier SportsPlex (NEPS): Summer Schedule, Training Options and Program Info

Summer is coming, restrictions are being lifted. Come see our facility and be a part of our awesome workout Family! 


NSPT trains over 150 athletes, workout enthusiasts and beginners of ALL ages, sports and ability levels. NSPT has it going on with our Athlete and Adult Small Group Training Classes - customized for each client! The home of local professional athletes, college athletes, high school and middle school athletes, baseball pitchers taking their games to the next level with NSPT Pitching Lab, adults looking for a new and fun routine, those looking to jump start a wellness plan or new clients returning from injury and/or looking for a safe and effective plan. At NSPT, it is all about you and we look forward to helping you achieve your goals, however big or small. All programs begin with a thorough consultation to learn more about you, understand your goals and assess overall movement patterns and performance through our proven testing system. From there, our professional coaches will customize your training plan and get you started. Also, learn about our Family Discount Plans for both Athlete and Adult Training Programs and our Team Training options!

Summer Schedule Hours (beginning Monday, June 21st). (Ask for current schedule)

Athlete Training Hours
11 am - 12:10 pm: Monday-Friday (additional Tuesday/Thursday Training Times may be added)
5:20 - 6:30 pm: Monday-Thursday
10 - 11:10 am: Saturdays (additional Saturday time may be added)
*College Athletes with own program but wanting professional supervision & training space? 9:45 am - 11 am*

Adult Training Hours
6:15 - 7:15 am: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9 - 10 am: Monday - Saturday
6:30 - 7:30 pm: Monday - Thursday
*Possible noon workout time on Tuesdays and Thursdays*

North Shore Performance Training (NSPT) at New England Premier SportsPlex (NEPS) is proud to announce a new branch of specific training for overhand throwing athletes, especially pitchers. NSPT-Pitching Lab, by James Baker, former Pro Pitcher, NSPT Founder & Performance Coach and National Pitching-East Certified Coach and Gardy O’Flynn, former Pro Pitcher, National Pitching East-Director and Founder of Pitching Fix & National QB, offers a dynamic and comprehensive program for baseball pitchers, position players and ALL overhand throwing athletes.

Information on our Summer Overhand Athlete Program

For Who: All baseball pitchers looking to throw harder and healthier through a customized sport specific arm training, throwing and functional strength program.

When: Consultation/movement screening/mechanics breakdown by appointment with each client. Classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. BEGINS MONDAY, JUNE 21st.

Training Options: 2 Visits/Week Option (9 visits/month) OR 3 Visits/Week Option. 2-month program. Additional weeks can be paid for at the end of the program.

Where: North Shore Performance Training- located inside of New England Premier SportsPlex in Danvers, MA. During this program, we will utilize the NSPT Pitching Lab, North Shore Performance Training’s Functional Training Facility and the large turf field at New England Premier SportsPlex.

Class Breakdown: What does each session look like?

  • 1 hour of pitcher specific mobility, dynamic stretching, mechanics work & arm patterning, customized drills, throwing progressions and arm care. Mound work, Rapsodo pitching analysis and video breakdowns will occur for each athlete throwing bullpen sessions with us. Each throwing program will be customized per each client based on summer work loads and goals.
  • 1 hour of pitcher specific functional training: agility & speed training, lower & upper body strength work, power development, core work, arm care and proper cool down.
