Good luck to all of our Spring Athletes! Spring Schedule and Training Information

The NSPT Coaching Staff is looking forward to seeing all of our spring athletes compete after months of hard work and training this off-season. Here is to a great year ahead! 

Attention Spring Athletes, Families, and Coaches: Remember to continue with in-season maintenance training at least two times per week! It is more important than ever to continue your training program with a maintenance plan to stay strong during the season! If you are new to strength and conditioning, this could be a great way to learn how to take care of your body and take positive steps to enhancing your career. Learn from our Professional Strength Coaches with guided and scripted plans each session. Team in-season training is available, too!

Competition, practices and games take a toll over the course of a season. It is easy to fatigue and lose energy, that quick step, range of motion and much needed strength. Our workouts are customized for all in-season athletes and will not be "too much." If you are currently on an Unlimited Training Plan at NSPT, that is great too! Workouts will be specific and appropriate to each athlete’s schedule. Athletes entering off-season plans are more than welcome to join at this time as well.

An athlete’s body is like a bank with lots of money in a savings account (off-season work/deposits and building interest!) The grind of a season is a series of withdrawals- with every practice, game and competitive team conditioning circuit. It is imperative to put money back into the bank! The most important investment an athlete can make is taking care of their body the right way to stay on top of their mobility AND their strength. As one former professional athlete said, “feel good, look good, and play good!”

-Don't be the athlete who physically breaks down
-Maintain energy and feel strong during practices and games
-Keep a routine, stay on your game and stay out of the trainer’s room
-Communicate with our NSPT Coaching Staff to work through poor in-season habits. Many times, a functional training drill or sports specific drill can fix strength/mechanical flaws that lead to poor performance
-Communicate with the NSPT Coaching Staff about in-season nutrition. Learn how to recover faster and have more energy!
-Throwing Athletes: keep your shoulder/arm strong and stable with our in-season routines
-Be the athlete who continues to stand out and shine above the rest!

Spring Schedule
We are also happy to announce that we will be adding a 7:30pm athlete class option on Tuesdays and Thursdays to accommodate our athletes' busy schedules! In effect starting March 28th, the new athlete class schedule will be as followed:

MONDAY: 3:00pm, 4:10pm
TUESDAY: 4:10pm, 5:20pm, 7:30pm
WEDNESDAY: 3:00pm, 4:10pm
THURSDAY: 4:10pm, 5:20pm, 7:30pm
FRIDAY: 3:00pm, 4:10pm
SATURDAY: 10:00am
