
Information on our Summer Development Program
For Who: Youth Baseball Players (ages 7-12), Softball Players (middle school-college) and Baseball Pitchers/Position Players/Quarterbacks (middle school-college). Local college pitchers in search of pitching development. These players are looking to improve overall throwing mechanics, learn arm strengthening routines & drills and learn how to properly train the entire body through functional training specific to their needs
When: Consultation & Evaluation Week- Mon. 6/6 & Fri. 6/10. 3:30-4:30 pm or by appointment
The 10 Week Program Begins Mon. 6/20 and finishes Fri. 8/26.
Pitching Lab/QB Training Program: M, W, F. 11:30 am-1 pm
Youth Pitching Lab Program: Mondays and Wednesdays (2x/week program) 10-11:30
Softball Program: pick from times above based off of age group
Training Options: 10 sessions, 15 sessions, 20 sessions or 25 sessions
Each workout: (customized based off of each player’s initial consultation)
- Athlete specific mobility, dynamic warm-up, patterning, customized drills, throwing and arm care
- Athlete specific functional training: lower & upper body strength work, power development, core work, arm care and cool down
Where: North Shore Performance Training- located inside of New England Premier SportsPlex in Danvers, MA. During this program, we will utilize the NSPT Pitching Lab, North Shore Performance Training’s Functional Training Facility and the large turf field at New England Premier SportsPlex.
