North Shore Performance Training is pleased to announce the upcoming Athlete and Adult Group Training schedule for the FALL & WINTER 2021 season. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
Note: All Group Training Membership Clients (Athlete or Adult) must register for each desired class time one day prior to the training session. Each member will have a username and a password to log in and register. These easy steps will be explained to each client upon signing up for one of our programs.
Athlete Group Training
2 Visits Per Week Training Option or Unlimited Training Option

Athlete Group Training Sessions (1 hour and 10 minute sessions)
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 3 pm, 4:10 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3 pm, 4:10 pm, 5:20 pm
Saturdays: 10 am
- Pitching Lab- Complete Pitching Development
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 4 pm - 6 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Team Training
Option- 1, 2 or 3 Visits Per Week Training Option
- Times made by appointment
Adult Group Training
2 Visits Per Week Training Option or Unlimited Training Option
- Adult Group Training Sessions (1 hour sessions)
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:20 am
Monday - Saturday: 9 am
Tuesday - Friday: 12 pm (lunch time crew!)
Mondays - Thursdays: 6:30 pm
