Training Schedule

 

 

North Shore Performance Training is pleased to announce the upcoming Athlete and Adult Group Training schedule for the Fall 2017 season. Private training, semi-private training, team training, a Pitching (baseball) Foundations Program and speed/agility/core clinics are also offered at NSPT and will be made available with separate pricing options. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

 

Note:  All Group Training Membership Clients (Athlete or Adult) must register for each desired class time one day prior to the training session. Each member will have a username and a password to log in and register. These easy steps will be explained to each client upon signing up for one of our programs.

  

 

Athlete Group Training 

(additional classes may be added if necessary)

Afternoon/Evening Schedule

Monday - Friday: 3:30 - 5:00 pm, 5:00 - 6:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday: Athlete Express Class- 7:30 - 8:30 pm

 

Saturday Training

10:00 - 11-:30 am

 

 

Adult Group Training

6:15-7:15 AM- Monday - Friday

9:00-10:00 AM- Monday - Friday

12:00-1:00 PM- Monday - Friday

6:30-7:30 PM- Monday - Thursday

9:00 - 10 AM - Saturday

 

Youth Fundamentals Training

 

6:30 - 7:15 PM - Tuesdays and Thursdays

11:30 AM- 12:15 PM (Saturdays) 

 

Bootybarre Class

6:30-7:30 PM-  Wednesday

9:00-10:00 AM- Saturday

  

 

Dullea's Boxing Class

6:30-7:30 PM- Tuesdays and Thursdays
