Training Schedule

 

 

North Shore Performance Training is pleased to announce the upcoming Athlete and Adult Group Training schedule for the Fall 2018  season. Private training, semi-private training, team training, a Pitching (baseball) Foundations Program and speed/agility/core clinics are also offered at NSPT and will be made available with separate pricing options. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

 

Note:  All Group Training Membership Clients (Athlete or Adult) must register for each desired class time one day prior to the training session. Each member will have a username and a password to log in and register. These easy steps will be explained to each client upon signing up for one of our programs.

  

 Athlete Group Training (1 hour 30 minute sessions)

(Additional classes may be added if necessary)

 

Afternoon/Evening Schedule

Monday - Friday: 3:30 - 5:00 pm, 5:00 - 6:30 pm (no Friday 5 pm class) 

Tuesday and Thursday- 7:30-8:30 pm (1 hour class)

Saturday Training

10:00 - 11-:30 am

 

Adult Group Training (1 hour sessions)

 

6:15-7:15 AM- Monday - Friday

9:00-10:00 AM- Monday - Friday

12:00-1:00 PM- Monday - Friday

6:30-7:30 PM- Monday - Thursday

9:00 - 10 AM - Saturday

 

Youth Fundamentals Training (1 hour class)

 

Saturdays: 11:30 AM- 12:15 PM  

 

 Bootybarre Class

 

6:30-7:30 PM-  Wednesday

9:00-10:00 AM- Saturday

   

Dullea's Boxing Class

 

6:00-7:00PM- Monday - Thursday

10:00 - 11:00 AM- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
